International Centre for
Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) presents its 2nd
International Arbitration Prize to reward and promote the best scientific paper
in this area. The Prize to the amount of 6.000/- Euros will be awarded to the
best paper submitted in international arbitration. Members of the jury will be
worldwide national and international personalities from the legal and business
world. They will assess the quality,
technical rigour, originality and innovative capacity in accordance with the
rules for competition indicated in the following website: www.idee.ceu.es . Individuals and working
groups are eligible for participation. The deadline for submission of papers is
at 20:00 hour on September 30th 2010. The prize is sponsored by the
Civic Mercantile Court of Arbitration (CIMA) and KPMG.
