The national Arbitrations conducted under the auspices of ICA (India) and FACT (FICCI). The international Arbitrations were conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC (Paris), LCIA (London) JCC (Japan). The subject matter of the Arbitration concerned, Commercial disputes, contractual disputes, Joint Venture Dispute, Deficiency in supply, Domain name disputes, etc.
