Argentine Republic: Annulment Proceeding (ICSID Case No. ARB/01/08), representing CMS; Wena Hotels Ltd. v. Arab Republic of Egypt (ICSID Case No. ARB/98/4), representing Egypt; France Telecom Mobile International v. Republic of Lebanon, representing France Telecom; Salini Costruttori SpA v. Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (ICC Case No. 10623), representing AAWSA. Advising states and corporations on investment agreements and disputes; Advising clients on drafting arbitration clauses and settlement agreements; Secretary to the tribunal in several ICC arbitrations.
